FAQs
Why address C-PTSD with Jen using a holistic-somatic-energetic-spiritual approach versus seek treatment from an individual offering traditional, clinical care?
Jen is adept at addressing concerns relative to Self-esteem, ADD/ADHD, anger, Identity, sexuality, addiction, difficulty with substance or alcohol, excessive or risky behavior, lack of motivation, “failure to launch”–feeling life dissatisfaction around, and/or family of origin exerting pressure around not being “more established” in life in early adulthood into middle age.Â
Jen addresses both symptoms of anxiety and depression holistically, using somatic and energetic approaches to healing, and is skilled in addressing key elements of such processes, including motivation/drive; energy level; communication skills, relationships, life transitions, navigating diagnoses, parenting, work-life balance, and harnessing daily routine to allow for Self-Care. Â

Jen has been extremely helpful guiding me through processing childhood traumas and reframing my outlook on experiences that caused CPTSD. I would highly recommend her to anyone, but specifically to those who have tried therapy before and are looking for a more mindful approach with an empathetic ear.
Steven D.

Jen has been a wonderful light in my life. She has changed the way I process my feelings and has helped me find strategies/coping mechanisms to keep me from spiraling into dysregulation. If you suffer from C-PTSD and need a nurturing energy to help uncloud your negative thoughts to help wash away generational trauma, book an appointment with Jen. She is the best.Â

Review on Cost:

Jen is, by far, the most authentic, caring and knowledgeable provider I’ve ever had the privilege to work with.  There’s been not one instance where I’ve felt unseen or unheard, and that feeling alone has been worth the cost of each session. I’ll forever be grateful for the opportunity to work with Jen and for the impact that she’s had on my life.
What is a Somatoemotional Release?

That release stirred emotions I didn’t expect. Tears came, not from sadness or pain, but from something deeper and more beautiful. It felt like a soft unraveling, a letting-go I didn’t know I’d been holding onto. To be supported, witnessed, and walked through that experience by someone as warm and intuitive as Jen was genuinely incredible.
What is the Inner Physician?
The Inner Physician is the presence within each of us which allows us to discern what is best for our body and wellbeing. Â
My processes during table work open the space for my own Inner Physician to invite this aspect of your Being forward into conscious coparticipation with both of us in the healing process and table work at hand, as well as your continued Self healing work.

What sets Jen apart from every therapist I’ve ever worked with is the increasingly hard to deny Divine inspiration she brings to our sessions. I’m sure there is some as yet undiscovered or not fully understood scientific basis within the growing research into energy medicine that explains her effectiveness. But the more I try to understand that aspect, the more I realize that’s just a distraction from the true benefit.
Don’t I need a clinical approach?
I refer to area counselors, psychotherapists, prescribers and other clinical providers on a consistent basis, and also receive referrals from such providers regularly. I do not offer a clinical approach, but rather, one that is uniquely my own method of care–a grounded and deeply embodied approach that is holistic, integrative and often, metaphysical and Psychic-Shamanic as we apply the healing arts. It is up to you to decide the approach that is right for you. Â
