Individualized Integrative Care
A holistic alternative to traditional therapy that honors the connection between body, mind, and spirit. We’ll use processing with somatic awareness, energy balancing, shamanic work, and mindfulness to process trauma, deepen intuition, and restore balance.
A Transformational Alternative to Traditional Therapy. This approach offers a highly personalized, integrative, and holistic path to healing and transformation. It works by honoring your entire system—mind, body, and spirit—and incorporates elements of esoteric wisdom, ritual, nature, and the seasons.
This is ideal for
Spiritual crises, life transitions, grief, or trauma healing including Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD).
The Goal: The core focus is to release the past, embrace the present moment, and actively create your future. We achieve this by balancing and aligning your energy body, connecting you to your unique “Inner Templating” (or core essence) to deepen your personal power and purpose.

How We Work
-
Somatic Focus: We utilize processing with a strong somatic (body) emphasis. This connects you to body-felt sensation and awareness, which serves as the essential vehicle for processing and releasing trauma.
-
Integrated Modalities: Treatment is a blend of specialized techniques, including Somatic Internal Family Systems (“Parts” Therapy), nervous system regulation (using polyvagal theory), Shamanic work, hypnotherapy, energetic release techniques, meridian therapy and acupressure, therapeutic sound, yoga therapy, mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork.
-
Specialties: My specialties include Somatic Nervous System Regulation, Bodywork with Sound, Craniosacral Therapeutic Touch, and fascia release services.
An Intricate process
As we work, I use metaphysical attunement and intuitive abilities to perceive what is happening in your system and body as emotions arise. I guide you to tap into and process the memories and images that surface concurrently with these emotions, which are felt somatically within the body.
It is often at these times that we “go into the system” to work with younger or less developed “parts” of you, distinct from your fully competent adult Self. We provide these parts with the nurturance, support, and guidance they need to settle within your system, empowering your adult Self to lead fully. This leadership embodies the eight C’s of Self: Courage, Compassion, Clarity, Curiosity, Calm, Creativity, Confidence, and Connectedness.
An Intricate process
My ability to feel, in real time, how content in the mind translates into body-felt sensation greatly accelerates the healing process. This collaborative work equips you with skills to continue your self-healing journey outside of our sessions.
Who It's For and What You'll Achieve
-
Ideal for: Individuals experiencing Spiritual Crisis, Life Transitions, Grief, the need for inner child healing, or the desire to release held trauma from the Mind, Body, and Spirit.
-
Outcomes: Clients move from a state of constriction to expansion, experiencing enhanced self-confidence, greater self-empowerment, intuitive development, and a strong sense of personal agency and autonomy.
Key Benefits of Individualized Integrative Care
Enhanced Self-Esteem
Our work will result in boosted confidence, increased resilience and more use of agency and personal choice.
Strategies to process and regulate emotions
In testimonials, patients share how they developed skills to identify and name, feel and process, and cope with and regulate the emotions that previously caused them overwhelm or shutdown.
Increased focus
My practice frequently serves those who identify as highly sensitive, intellectually gifted, or neurodivergent. This includes individuals with ADHD or attentional concerns, as well as those struggling with focus due to the impact of PTSD or C-PTSD. Because our work heavily focuses on neurophysiology—integrating the functioning of the body and the brain—individuals consistently report enhanced performance, efficacy, and marked increases in focus and concentration.
Amplified energy or vitality
Focusing on neurophysiology and attention to energy management through principles like breathwork and grounding practice often ignites a new zest for life in my patients. Processing and releasing past trauma opens up our meridians, allowing energy to flow freely.
Greater engagement with life
It is common for people to rediscover passions, engage in new pursuits, and approach life with a fresh perspective and joie de vivre (joy of life).
Closer relationships
At The Sovereign Key, the primary focus is Self-Empowerment and Integration, recognizing that the foundation for close relationships with others lies in our relationship with Self. This profoundly existential and introspective process of transpersonal discovery and healing involves deep work on authenticity, vulnerability, and trust. We often explore elements essential for nurturing connection, developing effective interpersonal communication, and building community.
Strong sense of core Self
My work centers on helping individuals become more Self-directed, enabling them to step into their power and flow with life. This is achieved by reconstituting the Eight C’s of Self: Courage, Confidence, Calm, Clarity, Curiosity, Creativity, Compassion, and Connectedness.
Sense of ease
Patients consistently report feeling more relaxed, calmer, and experiencing a greater sense of ease and flow with life, alongside a significant reduction in anxiety, worry, and concern as well as an overall improvement in constitution and mood.
Passions, hobbies and outlets
As clients engage in deeper process work with me, it is common for them to feel called toward new ventures. They may begin to explore lifelong curiosities, pursue existing interests, or discover entirely new areas of appeal and allure in their life.
Boundaries
Many of the people I work with say they are “recovering” people-pleasers or perfectionists who are learning to cultivate self-love. They often come to me feeling overwhelmed and overextended, having spent years unable to say “no,” prioritizing or caretaking for the needs of others, and neglecting their own self-care to the point of burnout or health issues. Our partnership is dedicated to helping individuals find self-compassion and grace as they redefine their preferences, priorities, and sources of peaceful pleasure. A core part of this involves consistently honoring these needs by clearly communicating their boundaries—what they are and are not okay with—to others. Through this process, their “yes” becomes a clear yes and their “no” becomes a clear no, anchored in the body as reliable, valuable guideposts for life.
