Cancellation Policy
Late Cancellation Fee:
$99 (for cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment).
Note: HSA/HRA cards may work through Venmo or PayPal, but approval depends on your provider.
If payment is not received, future sessions will be paused. “No call/no show” sessions result in automatic termination of services.
