This transition began on February 17, 2026 as we collectively moved past the painful shedding we experienced during the end of 2025’s year of the snake energy which forced us to engage in reappraisal within the big picture of life, allowing that which no longer serves, fuels, empowers and inspires us to fall away in favor of new and even uncharted territory.

The Horse represents movement, momentum, and the kind of forward push that propels change and stimulates drive, initiative, innovation—exactly what ongoing process and table work inspires every day: Motivation. I was born on October 31, 1978 during the year of the Horse–for those like me, this energy is not just a trait, it is our blueprint for Leadership and Transformation as we work with others.
The Horse as spirit: freedom, energy, and the urge to move forward… There’s also an emotional layer to the Horse: it often represents a kind of spirit that won’t stay contained… In Chinese art and storytelling, horses are frequently shown: Running Surging Breaking into open space. In the Year of the Horse, this energy says:
